TO ALBERT PLANAS with all my heart
She had funny fingers
and sang lullabies during night.
He crossed a few countries to find her,
from India to Madagascar.
She gave him her world.
A better place surrounded by birds and small coloured houses,
with trees and bees and snow.
The birds said to him,
Chirp Chirp: Change this world.
The Trees said: Can you feel this pure joy?
Snowflakes sang: stay together, we need your warm!
She change his name. Instead an A a V.
He gave her a home,
no walls but christmas lights.
Where she took off his sadness like and old boring coat and a scarve.
He made her believe in her self and shine.
Now they live in NYC.
They are bigger than the Empire State Building.
Than the chiken soup * that hugs her soul.
Than a chocolate egg in Eastern.
And more big than the moon and the stars.
nota de la autora: la mejor sopa de pollo es de un griego en el upper east side, la favorita de Oi, la Miss Funny Fingers.
